REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept items for Exchange or Refund within 30 DAYS of the purchase date (limited to one time exchange unless defective).

The item(s) that are returned for an exchange or refund MUST be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached.

Domestic and International Returns must be returned to us within 15 days from the day we have approved your return authorization request.

 

The item(s) must meet the following criteria:

Without showing any signs of damage or wear in any way. 
Items must not have been worn, used, altered, ironed, washed, or dry cleaned. 
Items returned to us MUST have all the original tags attached (and must not be removed). 

If the TAG is missing or cut NO EXCHANGE or REFUND is possible.

 

We sell New Items With Tags and we can not resell them again like New. 

 

Items must be returned in the conditions in which they were received.

Customer is responsible for the returning label for returns or exchanges and Initial Shipping fee is not refundable either.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE: 
To return your item/order, we simply ask you to provide us with the reason for return, the order number and item description/name to our email (you can find the order number and item name under your account info, order confirmation email, or on your invoice). After the verification of your information, you will receive details and return address which is:

RETURN A PRODUCT: 
All returns MUST be authorized! To prevent delays, we ask that you adhere to our return instructions. We recommend to send the items via a traceable shipping method such as USPS, FedEx or DHL. Must send Tracking Number to our email.

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit altered merchandise. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove the tag(s).
